Both.
We manufacture, process, and source directly from verified mills and plants. This gives buyers better pricing, tighter quality control, and reliable supply—without middlemen inflating costs.

9. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product:

• Rice: Typically 1 x 20FT container

• Guar Gum / Industrial Products: Depends on grade & specification

We don’t entertain unrealistic quantities. Serious buyers only.

10. How do you ensure product quality?

Quality is controlled at three levels:

Every shipment is tested before dispatch, not after complaints.

11. What payment terms do you accept?

• Advance TT

• LC at sight / Usance LC (for established buyers)

We are flexible—but only with verified, serious buyers.

12. How fast can you ship?

• Rice: 7–21 days depending on variety & packing

• Guar Gum & Industrial Products: As per grade & volume
